Terms of service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance

By using LaoMao Cloud you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service description

LaoMao Cloud provides a CN2 GIA-based proxy forwarding service to improve cross-border network access. The service is for lawful personal, non-commercial use only and must not be used for any illegal activity.

3. Plans and billing

B, C, D plans are billed quarterly; E, F plans are billed monthly. Invoices are generated automatically at the end of each subscription cycle. Data quotas reset at the start of each calendar month; unused data does not carry over.

4. Service level agreement (SLA)

We commit to 99% monthly uptime on every plan. If continuous downtime exceeds 24 hours, we will provide a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Credits are issued as account balance.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to: send spam or mass marketing messages; distribute malware or conduct network attacks; access unauthorised systems or data; violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Account termination

Accounts that violate these terms will be suspended or permanently terminated. Prepaid fees are non-refundable in such cases. We will notify you by email before taking action where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

LaoMao Cloud is not liable for any indirect loss, data loss, or business interruption arising from use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding three months.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms and will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
